MEET THE EXECUTIVES OF CIGNAL TV AND TV5

ROBERT P. GALANG 

President and CEO of CignalTV and TV5, Robert P. Galang has decades of experience in the broadcast media, telecommunications, and consumer durables. Prior to being President & CEO of the #1 pay TV channel, he was CignalTV’s Head of Sales, where he delved into creating a strong network of distribution partners, improving sales policies and processes, and enforcing strategies to gain increased sales productivity. 

He was appointed as the President and CEO of TV5 Network and CignalTV earlier this year, replacing Basas who has been appointed as the new Chief Marketing Officer of Smart Communications. 

From 2003-2006, he was the Dealer Sales Division of Digitel Mobile Philippines,Inc.(Sun Cellular) as Vice President, with CY2005 sales of more than USD 36 Million and developed and managed a business portfolio of over USD 210 Million while serving as Assistant Vice President of Sales for Globe Telecom, Inc. 

PERCI INTALAN

Percival M. Intalan (also known as Perci Intalan) is an internationally awarded Producer/Director/Writer of film and television productions. He is currently the President of The IdeaFirst Company, a creative contentcompany basedin the Philippines that produces feature films, original series and marketing projects and events. 

In 2014, he directed his first feature-length film, “Dementia,” which won Best Foreign Language Film and Best Actress in a Foreign Language Film at the 2015 St. Tropez International Film Festival, a Gold RemiAward atthe 48th WorldFestinHouston, andhas screened in film festivals in Portugal and New York. 

TRICCIE G. TOLENTINO

Triccie G. Tolentino is the Vice President/Head of Marketing for Media5 Marketing Corporation, the Sales and Marketing arm of TV5 Network, Inc. She leads all strategic communications and campaigns for free-to-air channels, TV5 and One Sports. 

She leads all strategic communications and campaigns for free-to-air channels, TV5 and One Sports. Having been in the Entertainment Marketing industry for over 18 years, she has had the opportunity of working for the three biggest networks in the country, 

ABS-CBN, GMA and TV5. Prior to her foray into the entertainment media business, she spent a good 9 years in advertising, being part of several Multinational Advertising Agencies. 

ISABEL SANTILLAN 

Isabel “Belay” Santillan has been working in the Communication and Entertainment industry for quite some time now. Her industry work is quite well rounded as she has almost 20 years of experience in Multinational Advertising Agencies here and abroad prior to joining the Entertainment Industry. 

Moving to Media5 (TV5’s Sales and Marketing Arm), she worked closely with TV5 Programming to deliver sales targets. After her stint with Media5, she shifted to Viva where she worked closely with Vic del Rosario and Vincent del Rosario as their Integrated Sales Head for Viva Platforms. Then she became Ad and Corp Sales Head of the largest Cinema Exhibitor in the Country, SM Cinema. Now, she is back with the Mediaquest Group as Head of Cignal Entertainment Business. 

SIENNA OLASO

Sienna Olaso currently holds the position of the First Vice President and Head of Channels & Content for CignalTV. 

She oversees the company’s channel operations, creatives and content production (live or recorded). She is responsible for the build and operations of all organic channels for the network and the development and production of all original content for distribution on all the company’s platforms (i.e.,terrestrial, linear, and digital).
