92.3 Radyo5 TRUE FM Ushers in a New Era of Reporting and Public Service Dissemination

RADYO5 officially rebranded its new look and identity into 92.3 Radyo5 TRUE FM.

In January 23, 2023, they put AM and FM programming in one station and called it Radyo5 92.3 with the tagline "Totoong Tunog ng Serbisyong Publiko".

It is a rebirth of the station after pandemic and changed the line-up of programs, now not only with news but they put together entertainment, public service, music, and inspiration for a total radio experience.

And to make it exciting, they came up with TRUE FM where the real sound of public service can be heard.

An all-day grand launch was held at the Quezon Memorial Circle on March 11, 92.3 Radyo5 TRUE FM is now leveling up the field of radio journalism through their news, information, and entertainment programs.

With a new logo, a new tagline "Dito tayo sa totoo!," 92.3 Radyo5 TRUE FM is really ready to deliver fresh and dynamic listening for all their listeners. 

Their logo bears the word TRUE, each letter of which symbolizes their principles of journalism and public service:

"T" is for Truth in journalism through their radio programs "Bangon Bayan with Mon" by Mon Gualvez, "Ted Failon & DJ Chacha," "Frontline Pilipinas," and the flagship news program for local and provincial news that "Radyo5: Balita Pilipinas." These programs share the latest news and information to ensure that listeners are always updated on today's important issues.

"R" stands for "Real people" and "Real stories" that can be heard in programs such as "Sana Lourd" by Lourd De Veyra, "Power and Play" by Noli Eala, "Pinoy Konek" by Danton Remoto, and " Dr. Love" by Bro. Jun Banaag. These programs share real-life stories that are relevant to listeners and help make them aware of issues that matter to them.

"U" symbolizes the “Unwavering commitment” to public service, with the programs like "Wanted sa Radyo" by Sen. Raffy Tulfo, "Sagot Kita" by Cheryl Cosim, and "Healing Galing" by Dr. Edinell Calvario. These programs give listeners an opportunity to voice their questions and grievances to be addressed by program hosts and experts.
